Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Experience

Since 2022, I’ve been a full-time Realtor®. In this competitive field, I’m proud to have built a steady business through word-of-mouth referrals from happy clients. I bring to real estate the skills I honed as a producer, designer, and college instructor—creativity, clear communication, and a sharp eye for potential.

Whether you’re buying or selling, finding the right agent is key. This video covers some great questions Buyers can ask when considering an agent—though Sellers may find it just as helpful. To learn more about my track record, feel free to visit my Success Stories page.

Vision

After earning an MFA in Film and Video Production in Los Angeles, I returned to New York. By then, my husband and I had two elderly dogs, a baby on the way and our East Village walk-up was no longer cutting it. We bought a tiny fixer-upper in our favorite hiking hamlet, Cold Spring. For several years, I taught video, media and design courses at a local college, while managing a succession of renovations at home. My eye for design, ease with people and my ability to communicate, teach and manage has all helped me as a Realtor®. When I was invited to join the team at Hudson River Line Realty, I jumped at the opportunity and haven't looked back.

Commitment

As a Realtor®, my commitment to my clients goes well beyond the standard services of home showings, buying and selling.  My approach is tailored to suit each of my clients' unique needs because no two buyers, sellers or homes are identical.  Having renovated my share of old houses, I am well-versed in the anatomy of a home and the potential that lies in our historic Hudson Valley housing stock.  As a hands-on agent, I'll be there to calmly and capably guide you through every step of what can otherwise be a daunting process, especially here in the competitive Lower Hudson Valley (ie. Beacon, Cold Spring and Garrison) where time and local knowledge are of the essence.  As a former college instructor, I encourage my clients to ask questions and consider their journey with me an opportunity to set themselves up for success.
